So remember how i was being very healthy?...
Well over Christmas and New Years my personal trainer went away....and apparently so did my will power to not eat crappy food.
I'll be honest...those two weeks were wonderful! But. There was a but! i felt so sluggish and was so gutted after those 2 weeks to think that i could have lost some weight. Its Christmas though...so technically nothing counts in those weeks.
I am back on track now :) I want to loose a 1kg a week for the next 6 weeks before i return to England! Fingers crossed <3
