The chocolate thing didn't go to well, but still no bad carbs.
To start my day I had a banana, which I find does fill me up... But only for an hour or so. I do tend to normally have protein shakes in the morning. I admit I thought protein shakes would be a load of rubbish and wouldn't fill me up... But surprisingly they do and I actually quite enjoy them...
This is the protein shake that I drink, I am currently having the strawberry one but I much prefer the banana one! I do love bananas.
Blimey I get distracted easily.
I then went and had my morning tea at work, where I had a little fruit pot. Now I find that these are really nifty. If you are like me and are to lazy to cut up some fruit then I suggest getting some fruit pots :) I find the peach pots are delicious. Obviously cutting up your own fruit would be much better though, just because it's fresh and also because it means your not lazy like me. However if you lack the time in the morning to prepare anything. Wack out a fruit pot.
Then for lunch, I had steamed vedge which you can buy in packs. I think you get about 4 to 5 bags in the pack. I put my vedge in the microwave for 2.5 minutes, chuck a bit of tuna on the side, sprinkled a little cheese on top and surprisingly was quite filling!
Just before I left work I had a yoghurt. It's good to eat less but more often. So having smaller meals but eating more throughout the day, for example... Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and then dinner! This way your metabolism goes faster!
Then it came to dinner time, James had made me a casserole ( he's a good boy ). Normally I would have been excited for the potatoes in it, but I took them out. James didn't cut the potatoes up so it was easier for me to pick them out. How kind of him ay? Don't you just love having to put something on your plate you love and then taking it off... No, it's cruelty.
So that was my food diary today :)
Anyone else indulge in chocolate today?
