I woke up this morning to some wonderful news. My boyfriend James has recently been creating a website with his friend Aaron, and after hours of working on the site it was put online today. It's done so well, its gaining so many hits, and people are really loving the idea. The website is so simple, all it involves is clicking on a button and then you are taken to a new artist on YouTube. All that time spent on looking for music to listen to, no need for that anymore. Just visit www.findmenewmusic.com and let the website do the rest for you.
I hope you enjoy the website as much as i do!
James is so excited and i am so proud of him, we both just feel really happy at the minute...and it got me thinking about happiness.
You don't have to do something big or crazy, or make massive changes. Something so tiny can blossom happiness.
Me personally, i feel that the sense of achievement makes me happy, and gives me a sense of calm weirdly, it could be going for that run that you promised yourself you would go on, or eating healthier that day, or writing that blog you wanted to do, or creating a website and it doing really well. (I really am very excited about this website). These little things, give me that feeling of 'well done beth'. Rather than waking up thinking 'urgh i need to do that', and then the next day 'urgh i still need to do that', and the next day 'yeah i still need to do that', until it gets to 'hmm, I'm not gonna do that'. Just do it. Set yourself some targets, achieve something everyday, even if its small. Today i want to go and do 60 lengths in my pool and finish this blog post! I know i am gonna feel good after, and not have things buzzing around my head later today.
Just try do something today you have been putting aside, or avoiding doing! I bet you will feel bloody fantastic after! Or try achieve a goal, something you have been wanting to do for ages but haven't had the guts to do it....Just one thing!
